Returns Policy

 30-Day Returns – No Questions Asked (Almost)

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don’t, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached

• Final sale items (underwear, swimwear, face masks) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

• Gift cards are non-refundable

How to return:

1. Whatsapp  with your order number and reason for return

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (deducted from your refund)

3. Pack the item(s) securely and drop off at the carrier location

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or our error.

Exchanges:
For a different size or color, simply return the original item and place a new order. This gets you the right item faster.
